Pompano Rapper; Kodak Black to be released.

Pompano artist Kodak Black will be released from jail after a plea deal granting him 1 year on house arrest and 5 years probation.
We caught wind of this story when his camera man known as “Skinny” made a post on Facebook in regards to his return.

[As you can see by the indication of the liked post even I was excited when I saw this post.]

According to what is revealed in court documents Kodak, born Dieuson Octave, changed his plea from not guilty to no contest in the two criminal cases against him. Judge, Lisa Porter accepted the plea bargain, and agreed to withhold adjudication; warning Black, “I will give you an opportunity here Mr. Octave, to prove yourself here and be a productive member of society.” Kodak Black is to come home whenever the jail releases him as per Judge Porters request.
