How long have you been doing videos for?
5 years ago, I first started by shooting skateboard videos.
What made you start taking it more seriously?
I just liked it alot, shooting videos for money over working a job just sounded more fun.
What do you think was your big breakthrough into the industry?
I don’t feel like it was one big thing, just a lot of little things consistently.
What have been some of your favorite projects?
A video with Dxddy Mxck “Issues”, it was the first video I had premiered on Elevator so that was cool. Shot this live footage of SkyWalker Tha Don, I wasn’t sure exactly how it was going to come out and then afterwards it was just really dope footage, I was watching it today. It was just like a special moment to record.
Who’re some of your favorite videographers?
Quentin Tarantino, alot of the people that inspire me to pick up a camera now are fellow videographers, my fellow peers, I’ve been around. Unkle Luc, Flower Cop, FXRBES. I really like LBL the director for some of young thug’s videos.
Who’re some of the rappers you listen to daily?
Lil Yachty, SmokePurpp, Lil Pump, XXXTentacion, Poor Amerika, Drake.
What’re you currently working on?
A RapSupreme recap video, literally right now.
What do you shoot with?
70D camera, sigma art series 18-35 lens.
Who would you like to work with?
Drake for sure.
What inspired your logo?
Mars is like an expression of escape. The spaceship was the original logo, now we got to Mars.
What shows are you going to next?
SXSW and some local ones featuring X and others.
What inspired your clothing line?
The fact that I would always go shopping for clothes and always felt like I could never find what i really wanted / I always felt like something was missing.
What advice would you give to those coming up in the videography / clothing scene?
Stay consistent you’ll get better with time!
